COCTEL DE CAMARON*

A rich and delicious version of a shrimp cocktail. Containing ketchup, orange juice, shrimp broth, fresh lime juice, oregano and a hint of red sauce. Garnished with diced onions, avocado, cilantro and jalapeño peppers.

GUACAMOLE CON TOSTADITAS

Generous amount of avocado dip made with a blend of ripe avocados, tomatoes and sweet onions. Served in a crispy tortilla bowl with chips.

ORDEN DE NACHOS

A generous amount of corn tortilla chips topped with refried beans, melted cheese, avocado slices and jalapeños.

NACHOS CON CARNE

A generous amount of corn tortilla chips topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese, beans, avocado slices, jalapeños and ground beef. Extra charge with steak.

QUESO FUNDIDO CON CHORIZO O RAJAS

Melted Monterey Jack cheese with Mexican sausage or slices of poblano peppers. Served with refried beans on the side and corn or flour tortillas.

TOSTADAS DE CEVICHE*

Two tostadas layered with avocado slices and ceviche (fresh fish, marinated in zesty lime juice). A colorful and nutritious appetizer.  Very tasty and refreshing!

QUESO BLANCO MEXICAN WHITE CHEESE DIP

A combination of three types of cheese, Chihuahua cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and goat cheese, perfectly blended with fire roasted Anaheim peppers, onions, tomatoes and a touch of black pepper, fresh oregano and ground cumin. This cheese dip has a mild kick to it. Served with warm tortilla chips.
